1. What is a Storybook?

 A Storybook is a physical and digital themed keepsake  book to help you organize and store your life's story. We believe in the importance of organizing, preserving, and safeguarding your life's cherished memories for future generations and moments of nostalgia.

2. How big is the USB Storage?

Each Storybook comes with a 16GB dual USB (USB 3.0 and USB Type-C). This will typically store around 2,000 ultra-high definition photos or about an hour of 4K video.

3. Do I need a Computer?

Yes, in order to take advantage of the digital storage of your storybook you need a PC or Mac which has a USB or USB-C port.

4. What should I keep in the keepsake pocket?

Each Storybook comes with a keepsake and memory review guide, suggesting meaningful items aligned with the theme of the Storybook that you can store in the pocket.

5. What is the best way to get pictures and videos from my phone to the USB?

6. Why do some of my videos look have low framerate or look slow?

There can be a few things causing this issue. Typically this is file compression of the video that was originally uploaded to the cloud. We recommend that you try to download the video again to see if the issue persists or if the original video file is corrupt.
